Equestrian Property

Depending on what a client wants can mean the difference from finding a suitable property for your client or not? There all all phases and disciplines of horsemanship to consider when looking for the right property. If a trail rider is looking then he or she might want to come home from work and go out on the trails. Don’t try and tell your client that they can always put their horse in a trailer and trailer to the trails. If they tell you they want trails easily accessable then that is what they want. A professional will want a suitable location and a facility that has  an area or two to train and ride in. A breeder will want acreage and the proper fencing and stable area. There a many disciplines and if you are not familiar ask your client what their needs are. Listen carefully and call on another agent that might have the expertise that you need to understand and help your client find the perfect property. If you are an equestrian and dealing with an realtor agent/Broker you might want to make sure that the realtor that you are working with understands what your needs are. If you after talking to them don’t feel confident maybe you might want to interview a few other realtors before chosing the one for you. This will save you a lot of  time and disapointment later on. I have been an equestrian for over thirty years. I specialize if finding equestrian property for my clients. If  you would like I can reccomend an agent to help you in your area. 910-315-4033 Sherree-lee Coldwell Banker Advantage
